Holiday Flow

Terms of use

Updated 22 October 2026

1. Service and provider

Holiday Flow is provided by AppManufaktur, owner André Jaszka. Address and contact details are in our legal notice. The app for iOS and Android helps you plan trips, leave and packing lists. The app interface is currently in German; public holidays and school holidays cover Germany and the selected federal state.

2. Free use and Premium

You can use two saved travel-type trips (“Urlaub unterwegs”) with packing lists for free. Past trips still saved in the app also count towards this limit. Entries for days off without travel remain free. Premium unlocks unlimited trips. When a subscription ends, saved data is retained; trips beyond the free limit and their packing lists are locked, and reminders for those trips are no longer scheduled. You can reactivate Premium if needed.

3. Subscription through Apple or Google Play

On iOS, Premium is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription through the Apple App Store. The price, duration and any offer conditions are displayed before confirmation in the purchase dialog. Your Apple Account is charged. The subscription automatically renews for the chosen period. To avoid another renewal, turn off automatic renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple may charge your Apple Account for renewal within the 24 hours before the end of the current period. The details shown in Apple's purchase dialog and subscription management apply.

Manage or cancel through iOS “Settings → your name → Subscriptions” or Apple subscription management. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Use “Käufe wiederherstellen” (Restore Purchases) in the app with the same Apple Account to restore an existing subscription. Contact support if needed. See Apple's cancellation instructions; you can request a refund from Apple.

On Android, Premium is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription through Google Play. The price, duration and any offer conditions are displayed in the Google Play purchase dialog before confirmation. Your Google Account is charged. The subscription renews automatically for the chosen period until you cancel it; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in the Play Store under Google Play subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Use “Käufe wiederherstellen” (Restore Purchases) in the app with the same Google Account to restore an existing subscription. See Google Play Help for cancellation; refunds follow the Google Play refund policies.

4. Licence and statutory rights

The iOS app is licensed under the Apple Standard End User Licence Agreement (EULA). These service details do not replace that EULA with a custom licence agreement. The Android app is additionally subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Mandatory statutory rights, including consumer, warranty, withdrawal and liability rights, remain unaffected. Any early expiry of a withdrawal right for digital content depends on the applicable legal conditions and the declarations made during purchase.

5. Planning and backups

Leave, public-holiday and bridge-day calculations are planning aids. Confirm binding entitlements and dates with your employer or the relevant authority. Packing suggestions do not replace individual preparation. Changes, individual working patterns and local exceptions may require your own checks.

Planning data is stored locally. Use exports for your own backups and keep backup files private. The app has no developer-operated cloud storage; we cannot recover lost local data. Our privacy notice explains optional calendars, system backups and purchases.

6. Contact and dispute resolution

Contact info@jaszka.com. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
