Reporting an issue
Please include your app version, iOS or Android version and the steps that reproduce the issue. A screenshot can help; remove personal travel information first. We cannot access your local app data.
What is free?
Two saved travel-type trips (“Urlaub unterwegs”) with packing lists are free. Past trips that remain saved also count. Entries for days off without travel remain free. Premium allows unlimited trips. After a subscription ends, your data is retained but trips beyond the free limit are locked; their packing lists and reminders are then unavailable.
Manage or restore Premium
Open your profile and the Premium screen in the app. “Käufe wiederherstellen” (Restore Purchases) checks for an existing subscription using the same Apple Account. Manage or cancel through Apple's subscription settings. Removing the app does not cancel your subscription. Refund requests are handled by Apple.
On Android, “Käufe wiederherstellen” (Restore Purchases) checks for an existing subscription using the same Google Account. Manage or cancel it under Google Play subscriptions. Refunds follow the Google Play rules.
Data and backups
Trips and packing lists are stored locally. Your profile lets you export a backup file and import it again. Keep this file in a private location. After changing devices or losing data, you can import your own backup; we have no server copy. Importing replaces existing app data, so export it first if needed. System backups and synchronised calendars depend on your device settings.
Missing calendars or reminders
Check the switches in the app and calendar/notification permissions in iOS Settings or in the app settings on Android. Check that your selected calendar is still available and the trip is in the future. Reminders for locked trips are inactive. Focus and notification settings can affect local notifications. On Android, the system may deliver reminders slightly later to save battery.
Language and holidays
The app interface is currently in German. Public holidays and school holidays cover German federal states. This website and help pages are available in German and English.
